Owner texted that she was running 10 mins late for my appointment. I waited 20 mins and texted her that I could no longer wait as I had another appointment to make. She then texted that she was inside the building. I had no way of knowing this as she did not call or text me that she was inside waiting but she knew I was outside waiting. I was charged the $100 cancellation fee. She refuses to refund the $100. Owner has no business acumen. Refuses to take responsibility and has put the blame on me.

Laura was, knowledgeable and above all honest and professional. She looked at my scared and little hair eyebrows and told it like it was. She was able to explain my choices, help me have beautiful even, “normal” eyebrows. Laura gave me my face frame and beautiful green eyes back. No more hiding. No more drawing. No more worry. It was a fresh of breath air. I have such heart felt thanks to Laura for being able to correct and continue to help me be confident. Thank you Laura.

Laura is a very sweet girl however her professionalism is sub par. Appointments run long bc she's on her phone & both appointments I have had with her was either rescheduled or running late last minute due to reasons that seemed in her control if she prepared correctly. I also booked touchups with her which she canceled with no explanation. The descriptions on the app versus the message you get once you actually book them are different and misleading. First let me start off by saying I do have anxiety and this is the first time ever having any type of permeant cosmetic work done so I was extremely nervous about having my eyebrows micro bladed till I walked into Brow House Beauty.
