I went there wanting my full face threaded and I showed up at 6:00 p.m on a Thursday and waited for 45 minutes until it was my turn. Then once I sat on the chair the girl asked me what I needed done and I said full face. She then told me that it was too late for a full face because they were going to be closing soon and that she can only do eyebrows and upper lip. I was very upset and disappointed! told her I didn’t want my eyebrow to be thin, and she proceeded with thinning my eyebrows apparently. Looked at them and hated them, she thinned my eyebrows and said sorry I thought you said you wanted thin.
At 4:12 pm I was disappointed with the job the lady provided me with. I asked for a clean up per usual and she thinned my eyebrows not how I wanted. I am very very upset and unsatisfied and I will NOT be coming back.
Service was great, I was greeted as soon as I came in. Nancy that woman that did my brows was very friendly and did a great job.
