Very Disappointing, I’ve came 3 times in 1 week before 5pm and they are ALWAYS “leaving to lunch” or Closed. Legit an absolute waste of space.

I arrived at exactly 7:30 p.m. Aug 3 because the hours online say they close at 8:00 p.m. The lobby was empty, but I was told they weren’t taking any more customers. If you’re going to stop helping people before 8:00, your posted hours should be updated so customers don’t make the trip expecting to be helped.

Service was great, I was greeted as soon as I came in. Nancy the woman that did my brows was very friendly and did a great job.

I went there wanting my full face threaded and I showed up at 6:00 p.m on a Thursday and waited for 45 minutes until it was my turn. Then once I sat on the chair the girl asked me what I needed done and I said full face. She then told me that it was too late for a full face because they were going to be closing soon and that she can only do eyebrows and upper lip. I was very upset and disappointed!
