I have been coming to Brow Contour in Alexandria for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with the service I receive here. Every time I come in I get taken care of quickly and efficiently. Most recently, I got my brows threaded by Nisa and I absolutely loved my results! She is great at what she does. Thank you!

I had to return for a correction to even out sideburns after a wax/threading appointment. I've never broken out from facial waxing before, but broke out badly after this appointment. The only remedy offered was "time." I appreciate the complimentary correction, but will likely not schedule another appointment here.

I went in on Friday 05/01 for a last lift because the shop was recommended to me from a friend who gets their waxes done here. The appointment started normally however, overall, I did not like the service and left a little uncomfortable. It was too awkward personally to mention in the moment, but my technician was so close to me and had her hands all over my face while she was servicing me.
