I went to get my eyebrows threaded and my brows just needed to be cleaned up. They were already the correct shape but needed to be touched up a little bit. The lady threaded my eyebrows and made them completely different shapes messing up my eyebrows and there was no other threader at the location to fix them. All she said was sorry and still charged me full price. A very belated review, but I was in town for a wedding and needed my brows done asap. I walked in at opening, and the lady there was very kind and efficient. I had a bad experience at a waxing salon at another place, so my arches were growing back slowly and were in bad shape. The threading lady made sure to only thread the outgrown bits after hearing my concerns and reshaped my arches back. If I’m back in town, I would return again.
Best eyebrow job i’ve ever got
This place is so magical. They transform my face. Ratna did my eyebrows just before closing and was so welcoming. It was raining and she said not a problem and took her time with my eyebrows. She is so sweet and incredible at making my face look majestic. Only coming to Ratna from here on out. No one else can mess with these 🫵
This is probably the best eyebrow threading place I've been to in NOVA. I shall be coming here regularly!!
