Just moved to Portland my cousin recommended this place but no one ever answers the phone and prices are whack
I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded here since at least 2016 I love these awesome women and how beautiful my eyebrows are because of them.
The Brow Boutique is my new favorite place! My only regret is that I didn't find it sooner! Everyone there is a highly skilled artist. You know you are in excellent hands when you walk out looking a thousand times better than when you walked in. I highly recommend going!
