When I walked in to this place the new girl tried to assist me (she messed up my eyebrows in the pass and I was trying to avoid it from happening again) and I requested the more seasoned lady who I am also used to, to do it instead. None of them looked pleased with the request and made it seem as if I was a bother. I now have uneven eyebrows and will have to wait weeks for them to grow back.

I do not recommend and wonder how they have a 3.8 star review as the customer service was not any different from others and the work itself was not done well. My eyebrows left uneven and she over threaded in areas. She realized she made a mistake after threading one eyebrow and then went to try and fix it which made it worse. I had to leave for my vacation with uneven threaded eyebrows and the shape was non flattering to my face. I had a terrible experience at this place. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted with henna, and I also booked an eyelash extension service that was supposed to be “lash-by-lash” with high-quality materials, as promised. However, they used a glue that caused severe irritation to my eyes, and the results were terrible. The threading and tinting were rushed and uneven.
