I’ve always had Heather provide my services but because of complicated schedules I had to schedule with Kassy. Kassy did such a great job performing my brow service. She explained her process and reasoning on my brow shape. I love the outcome and would happily return to visit Kassy again. Everyone at Brow Bella makes sure the client experience is a 5 star experience. I would recommend the Spa to anyone!
Heather does a fantastic job with my brows — she has really brought them back to life after a few years of neglect. I’ve been to MANY brow spas, but Brow Bella is leagues ahead of everyone else. Great, meticulous service. Would highly recommend!
Made me re park my car twice because it wasn’t straight enough, there was no one else in the parking lot literally no one, and then they refused service because I had a different service done days prior to my appointment but didn’t bother to inform me upon scheduling over the phone what things i should avoid before getting my brows done. Only after I drove 40 minutes to my appointment did they inform me of their policy.
