Had to cancel appointment due to change in family event late last night. Was unable to cancel on app and when I called in the morning they told me they are now charging me $50 and will have to put a deposit down for future appointment. Not good customer service - also both of the people I spoke with on the phone were very rude when making the appointment and cancelling.
I had a great experience here. I came in for a brow wax and upper lip wax with Dee Dee, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. The salon itself was cute, clean, and welcoming. My brows were cleaned up beautifully without being made too thin, and she shaped them in a way that still looked natural. BABY!!!! DEISY IS FIRE 🔥! First of all I was a walk in and she took me right away. She was so kind. Her skills, her technique and the result are flawless! In my 51 years on this earth my brows have never looked this good. For lack of a better word....AMAZING is all I have to say!
DeeDee made my eyebrows look so much better than they were. They actually look thicker with more definition. I had over tweezed over the years. Thank you!!
