I leave here upset every time and it’s a dirty place. They don’t wash their hands before and after customers and they use the same scissors and brow brush on everybody. They also mutilate your eyebrows.

If you want to leave crying, then come here. I’ve been coming here for years but the place is gone so bad and they lost a costumer. Firstly, always a different woman who works there. there’s never one or two steady people. Secondly, they sure love to take off more eyebrow than you ask for. I specifically told them to only take off a little bit, the hair that grew in new like only a CLEAN UP, she took so much of my eyebrow off, showed me the mirror and asked me if I wanted more hair to come off. I have been coming here for a decade and hadn’t caught the recent horrible reviews before stopping in for the first time in a while myself. I realize now my situation mirrors most of the negative reviews below me. This lady today with no remorse ruined my previously even brows that needed a simple trimming. She took a full layer of hair off making my left brow completely uneven and at least 10cm thinner than my right. To make matters worse she left hair below it unplucked!!! Menka was nice but very painful first time experience here. Both of my brows were left with two bruised scars over both eye lids and she blamed me for pressing down too hard. I gave tip because she took her time and was nice, but sadly regret spending so much money because I see the scars. I've never experienced this level pain and scarring from threading, benefit of doubt maybe she's new at this, but this was sadly a mistake coming here on my day off and this was my first and last time here for sure.
