Very friendly and clean. This was the first time I ever did anything to my brows and it was a pleasant experience
They do good work, however their customer service is terrible. They don’t ask what service you’re coming in for before getting started (e.g., “How do you want your brows arched?”). They don’t engage with you or hold any conversation, which feels very unwelcoming. Today, the lady didn’t even give me a mirror when she finished my brows. She wiped them and walked away. I went to this place for the first tome today and had threading done for the first time. I love this place! The 2 ladies working there are so nice and do great work. Love them!
