Went here the other day and got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed. She put scalding hot wax from the container straight to my face, and then snatch off the strip so hard I was trembling afterwards.I left with a red face and bumps all over my lip line. When I used to work as an esthetician, I always let the wax cool down for a couple seconds before putting it on clients face. I was a loyal client to this salon, this will be my last time here. Time to find a new place.
On a whim I decided to get my eyebrows threaded while at the mall today. The lady that did it was extremely friendly not to mention quick and did an excellent job! I will most definitely be back!

Shamim was incredibly friendly and did a fantastic job on my me and my sister’s eyelash lift and tint. She also threaded our brows, and they honestly look the best they ever have! We drove all the way from the west St. Louis area, and it was absolutely worth it. We’ve found our new lash lady and will definitely be back!
