I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years, and I honestly regret coming back. The only reason I stayed this long was because one specific employee (the hijabi lady) actually knew how to shape my eyebrows properly. Now there’s a different staff member, and the quality has completely gone downhill. I gave it a second chance after a bad experience, and somehow it was even worse.
