I had messaged them previously in the day to ask if they would be in store at 5pm, there’s been numerous times I’ve just shown up and no one has been there regardless of what the opening hours say. So I messaged and they responded with open until 7pm. I get there at 5pm on the dot, doors closed and locked. That was very inconvenient and unprofessional.
Fast, pleasant, and perfect everytime.
Love her down! Eyebrows always look good & last atleast a month☺️
Her work is good, but she needs to open on time. Her sign says 11AM is opening time. I called after waiting 15 minutes and she said she was on the way. I continued to wait and called back, but no answer. After waiting 25 minutes, I left. I’d appreciate better customer service and consideration of time.
Great service and amazing prices. She never fails! I'm always happy with my brows when I leave!
