Her work is good, but she needs to open on time. Her sign says 11AM is opening time. I called after waiting 15 minutes and she said she was on the way. I continued to wait and called back, but no answer. After waiting 25 minutes, I left. I’d appreciate better customer service and consideration of time.

I want to share my experience at Brow Art Studio so others are aware. Their website says full face waxing costs $30, but I was charged $34 just for eyebrows, lips, and chin. It’s important to know they don’t honor the prices they advertise. On top of that, the result was very disappointing: they left hair on my upper lip and ruined the shape of my eyebrows. The person who helped me didn’t seem properly trained. I do not recommend this place.
