I recently went to Brow Art 23 in Fox Valley Mall and had my eyebrows threaded as I normally do. At check-out the sales rep did a hard sell for me to buy a $25 gift card for eyebrows threading; I thought why not I've been coming here for years. Fooled me.....5 weeks later I'm back again to have my eyebrows threaded and to use my gift card.
