I went here Friday and they messed up my eyebrows so bad 😭, I really had high hopes but was VERY disappointed.

Wouldn’t recommend, they tend to my cut my skin every other time and the customer service isn’t good. When I spoke up about how my eyebrows looked the worker was condescending, invalidating my opinion. I usually just take the loss since I want to finish my membership already. However, this time was exceptionally horrible to the point my eyebrows don’t even look like alike and are uneven. I honestly did not want to write this but the more the day went on the more unhappy I was with the service I had done here. When I initially came in, I had brow gel in and asked if she would like me to remove it so she can see the true shape of my brow and not take too much off. She said it was fine and she would “work around it”. I asked for my brows to be very very SLIGHTLY thinner but not too much at all. I have had some good experiences but I have also had two rather unfortunate experiences also. On one occasion I was burned by the wax on my eyelid to the point of scabbing, and at my last appointment part of my eyebrow was taken off that should not have been and I have had to fill it in with make up until it grows back out.
