I honestly did not want to write this but the more the day went on the more unhappy I was with the service I had done here. When I initially came in, I had brow gel in and asked if she would like me to remove it so she can see the true shape of my brow and not take too much off. She said it was fine and she would “work around it”. I asked for my brows to be very very SLIGHTLY thinner but not too much at all. I have had some good experiences but I have also had two rather unfortunate experiences also. On one occasion I was burned by the wax on my eyelid to the point of scabbing, and at my last appointment part of my eyebrow was taken off that should not have been and I have had to fill it in with make up until it grows back out.

I usually go somewhere else to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded but i decided to go here since i was already in the mall. The lady doing my eyebrows kept asking me if i want to do an eyebrow lamination and tint and i kindly declined. After everything she took my payment and asked if i wanted to buy one of their deals. I said yes but changed my mind because the price wasnt really worth it. She then side eyed me and gave a look to one of her coworkers. Honestly didn't feel welcomed.
