I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the work. I have a membership and trust a specific person to do my brows perfectly, but she wasn’t available today. I trusted another staff member, clearly told her I wanted my brows thick, and she left them as a thin line. I even saw her own brows—they are never that thin! She didn’t even brush my brows before starting with the thread. Now the hair is gone, and I’m left with thin brows instead of the thick ones I requested. Such a frustrating experience.
I did not appreciate the interaction I had with the staff. I wanted to get my brows done with a certain stylist, because I’ve tried them all before and she was the only one who did my brows the way I wanted. So I walked in and asked if “certain stylist” was in so I could get my brows done, and the staff said she would be back in an hour so I carried on running errands in the mall while I waited. I walked in to this place on my daughter’s recommendation. Wow! Amazing experience. I got the thread, tint lamination package and my brows came out absolutely amazing thanks to Vibha. She listened to what l wanted and delivered! Im so happy. Highly recommend Vibha.
