@laurabower that’s exactly why I stopped going. I saw pictures of my eyebrows and I was like why are they so thin? They were never this thin before and Lena’s response was, did you lose or gain weight, a lot of people are on Ozempic now. She never takes to honest criticism which I noticed a long time ago. In the beginning she was great, until she had a bad break up and she’s never been the same. I have been trying to find the words to leave this review for a while. I finally feel ready to. I got married in November 2022 and started seeing Lena a little under a year prior to my wedding. I have always had thick, straight eyebrows, they were just never truly properly shaped. I started going to Lena who began shaping my eyebrows to better suit my face. At first, I loved them. Big disappointment-- I've been so happy previously, but this was a serious let down. [Not to mention, I travel quite some way for nice brows.] I went for brow shaping/maintenance and a tint. Big regret. Wish I had a time machine. I left with rounded brows-- unfit for my face. This will take weeks/months to grow back. Be warned-- Lesson learned.
