Today I came to Brow 16 and the lady was really rude. She never acknowledge while she was cleaning and talking on the phone with her Indian lady. You would think she will hang up her phone and starting to do wax my eye brow but she continously talking on the phone and cleaning her desk. Though it wasnt longwaiting,but enough to made me realise she didnt have a customer services attitude at all. Please dont come to this place. Dont waste your money. I am sure out there more better places to wax with good super costumer orient... read more
