Carpet maybe of good quality, however, be wary of installation. After purchasing carpet for 3 rooms, the first room installation went very well. The next 2 rooms installed had several issues. Installer was 5 hours late, paint was scratched from areas of a couple walls, there was NO cleanup. Left thousands of threads of carpet in both rooms & 2 hallways. After calling to share concerns, the only compensation was the cost to repaint wall which we've yet to see. Customer service very disappointing.
Never been to a better carpet or furniture store! AMAZING !!! They knew what I was looking for and provided a great installation experience.
