Outstanding service. Highly recommend. They went above, and beyond with helping me with my needs.
This clinic has a big modern optical area with tons of frame choices. I saw Dr. Chartier and Dr Watters. Both were very professional and staff were very nice and personable. I've been to several eye clinics in the Iron Mountain, Kingsford and Norway area and this is by far my favorite. They said they have a clinic in Crystal Falls as well and I told my family in Iron county to check them out. Would recommend to anyone!

Got first pair and the bifoal was to low and the plastic lenses scratched. Got new lenses put in and in two days they were scratched. I did everything they said to clean them. I wanted glass lenses put in but they don't do glass. So I guess I'm stuck with my plastic lens glasses. It will be the last pair I get there.
They will not put new lenses in a 5 month old frame which I bought from them last May. In October I was told it's cheaper to buy a whole new pair, I know that is not true, but I did buy. Went back in Feb. they changed lenses for me. I can't where them, they are too strong, I called and was told I used up all my warranty. They will only do it if they give you the wrong prescription, only when it benefits them. I I will not be going back, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
