Super snotty attitude,very unprofessional, almost every brolumbs pharmacy I go to they have a attitude with me. Not only that but they are very judgmental about the meds that I get. You can tell in there demeanor the way they act. Especially when it comes to narcotics. It's like they judge you and look at you like why are you taking that. Can't wait to switch to a different pharmacy. My experience with Broulim's has been ok in the past, but the last time I went was awful. Coupled with mistakes made by some unknowledgeable staff at a doctor's office, getting a simple medication turned into an hours long fiasco. I assume the doctor's office phoned in the wrong prescription, which Broulim's then fulfilled, unbeknownst to me. They're OK for vaccines (although it takes FOREVER to process the paperwork), but our prescriptions sometimes cost more here and can often take a while to fill, even when they were sent to the pharmacy 2-3 hours ahead of my arrival. The drive-thru can also be slower than just going inside, which rather defeats the purpose of having a drive-thru option. Employees are a crapshoot. Michelle needs to be fired. The manager. I went in with a huge concern. She had zero concerns. I have been shorted on a narcotic the last three months by 7 days. I told her and her response was to laugh in my face and say impossible. And then proceeded to be an absolute horror the rest of the time. She should not be in position to run that place.
