Very positive experience with Broulee Psychology. I found the admin team extremely helpful, answering all my questions. The team are all very friendly, particularly the psychologist I was seeing. The rooms are lovely and it felt very comfortable and safe. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family who want support for their mental health.
Our experience with Broulee Psychology has been frustrating and deeply disheartening. For a practice that claims to support families, their approach feels far more focused on profit than genuine care. Their fees are extraordinarily high and their cancellation policy is inflexible to the point of being punitive.
