Very first dentist appointment today for my little boy and it was such a lovely experience (especially since I'm petrified myself). It was such a calm and welcoming environment from the moment we stepped inside, every member of staff we seen greeted us with a smile and waved to my little boy (also commenting on his toy car which he loved). I felt so at ease talking with the dentist Lisa, she had such a gentle approach towards my little boy and gave me some advice towards his dental care.
