Friendly staff here, i have never came across a single person who isn’t friendly here at the practice.
I was not feeling well since three days and I have been calling BROUGHTY FERRY HEALTH CENTRE for continuous two day from 8am to 9am as my call is in waiting and because of not getting appointment to the doctor I am panic and I feel like my health is being more serious day by day (as some of the health issues seems normal at a day but go suddenly at high risk if it’s not being treated as soon as possible) I am so much disappointed with NHS system.
Absolutely shocking experience. Phoned every morning till 8.30 and always fully booked. They advice to go online and book an e consult. Did this to then be told the doctor will call me 6 days later. If the doctor looked at the e consult why couldn't they just call me. Shocking practice, the doctors can't be bothered and the poor staff just cover up for there failings
Broughty Ferry Health Centre have been there for my family since the start of our journey. For my Grandparent, ourselves and our children. The doctors and nurses work hard and receptionists are polite and helpful. Facilities are always clean and well maintained. 5 star ***** Surgery.
