I booked a U-Haul through Broughton Storage for January 1st at 10:00 AM. The booking was confirmed twice by phone and also via email, so I had no reason to expect any issue. When I arrived on the scheduled day, I was shocked to find that Broughton Storage was completely closed. There was no prior notice, no cancellation email, no phone call—nothing to inform me of the closure.
