The absolute worst customer service and technical service I have ever experienced. EVER. Multiple trips to correct the same problem, the wrong part ordered multiple times. Techs don't seem to know what they are doing. They also tend to want to fix the symptom and not the cause of the problem. How many days do I need to miss from work for you to repair a microwave?
As others have shared… customer service is absolutely horrible. We purchased all our appliances here during our kitchen renovation. We have had significant issues with our refrigerator and microwave oven. I was talked down to multiple times, specifically when communicating with “Jenny”. I wish our conversations were recorded. She is a horrible person, very rude and so unprofessional. This place has changed over the years, avoid our mistake and choose another appliance service company.

Please avoid my mistake and choose another appliance service company. I have a Maytag and Broughton is the only certified repair company in Richmond. My first appointment for service was in October and it is now December 29th. It is STILL not working properly. My dishwasher was misdiagnosed three times. Each time, they’d have to order a part and then come two weeks later to install it. I feel that they did this in order to charge me more. I agree with the other reviews citing POOR customer service and getting talked down to on the phone. After 8+ months waiting for my dishwasher part to come in (it kept getting delayed with no notification to me) a technician finally came - but he brought the wrong part. No problem- I called to reschedule. That rescheduled appt came and admittedly, I forgot he was coming because I was traveling for business all week. I called to set another appt.
