Did the best they could for us in a tough situation, things didn't work out but I'd happily reccomend working with Alexis anytime. She was flexible and as helpful as she could have been. Fantastic 2 years at the property with really nice units, fully furnished common areas, and a gym with most the equipment you'd need for a solid workout. Honestly good people trying to run a business with great employees. Shane and all his maintenance staff were always friendly and helpful.
This is a great place to rent from they keep up on maintenance. A few months back our washer broke and they replaced it right away 10 out 10 recommended.

Being a home "owner" for 30 years, when I sold my home my intention was to rent briefly and find a new home to purchase. I moved into this Brott Property rental. Nearly 3 years later I am yet here. The physical property is outstanding. Lawns are meticulously kept. Walks and driveways promptly cleared of winter snow. Any maintenance needed over the last 3 years has been done promptly and thoroughly. The personal service of management is excellent. Good communication. "No stress" renting.
Very nice and well maintained rentals. Highly recommend!
