UPDATE: 6 months after my review, Brotman added a response full of lies that "our team offered to set up a call to discuss your case with me 1:1, but you declined" and especially the nonsense about a mysterious "material fact about your case" that they supposedly discovered. Their response to my review (doing nothing for 6 months and then gaslighting about how great and hardworking they are) closely matches their handling of my case.
