It has went completely downhill. I travelled all the way up from England. I was booked in for a full scale and polish which I did not get and also a filling which I also did not get. Honestly. Waste of money, waste of a trip. Great to be laughed at walking out the place as well by the Bew receptionist. Classy, totally, yeah? Honestly you all need to get a life and actually do your jobs correctly.
