Yes, they were able to do almost nothing they originally said they could Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They cancel on me all the time. Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Not a good company to deal with. They will lie to you about emergency service and weekend services and will not work to accomadate an ill persons needs. Its better to stay away from Brotherston all together.
