Charged me 120$ to mount, balance & put new valve stems on tires & wheels I brought. He mounts 2 and starts to roll them out unbalanced and NO new stems. So naturally I’m like what no new stems??? He said “you have” than I noticed he didn’t even balance them so I had to ask why he didn’t. He said oh your tire is no good. Absolutely terrible customer service. And poor customer communication. They can’t even simply answer the phone. Called multiple times trying to get tires after being recommended by a few people. After this I will never waste my time with them and point everyone to magnolia tire & audio at least they know how to answer the phone and questions.
I've used Brothers for 3 years now for all of my tire needs. They are very reasonably priced and their service is always fast and excellent.
Thankful they were open late when I needed them!
