We needed some repairs to a few windows in our new home and Alonso came out and took great care of us. He explained everything he was doing and even helped us with a screen that was bowed. He was polite and professional and is an asset to your company.
We have been in our new home about 18 months. The time of year to open windows and enjoy the fresh air has come. In opening my windows one was pretty much inoperable. I called for a repair and Brother's sent two young men out. They quickly replaced a part on the window I had called about and then proceded to check the rest of my windows.
