UPDATE: dmv was at fault. Apologies to Brothers for the 1 star. I received a notice from DMV that they didn't receive the pass. Went back in to Brothers Smog Shop and they said they wouldn't help me. It's the DMVs fault. I would have to pay another $50 to run it again.
