I don’t know what kind of work they do, but they shouldn’t be on the road. One of their rucks just pulled out in front of while doing 50 mph on RT 82. Nearly caused an accident. Extremely reckless driving.
No stars for this business. Brothers was recommended by my neighbor. I phoned and left a message on 6/1/21. Call was not returned. However, since they were recommended by my neighbor I called again 6/8/21. Again, no return phone call. Very unprofessional. In order to post this review I was forced to give them one star. Their business card says they are BBB accredited, however, BBB website says they are not.
Saturated with urine and feces? Really? Hardly the case. How would you know what was on the sofas you were here less than 2 mins. You weren't here long enough to even inspect them. I told you I was willing to pay you no matter what the end result was. I simply wanted them cleaner. Saturated? If my sofas were "saturated" my house would have a putrid smell. We always use Brother's for our carpet cleaning for the apartments and townhomes in our complex! Great work and very responsive!
