He broke the screws off my toilet and refused to fix them. He left the broken parts laying in the floor. Was extremely rude to my mother and told me I must’ve been pouring hot grease in my drains. I’m almost 50 years old and am not stupid. When I told him I don’t do that he became irate, swore I did and stormed off.
