He broke the screws off my toilet and refused to fix them. He left the broken parts laying in the floor. Was extremely rude to my mother and told me I must’ve been pouring hot grease in my drains. I’m almost 50 years old and am not stupid. When I told him I don’t do that he became irate, swore I did and stormed off. Called another plumber and turned out the entire plumbing works were put together wrong with things completely BACKWARD and at the wrong angle under the house. Don't use this plumber. I didn't even want to rate with one star, but couldn't comment otherwise. You can call to make an appointment and he'll tell you to call back the day before you need. Then he won't answer calls that day. Called back on the day I scheduled off to get the repair done and he said I'll get there later today... ha! He was a no show and when I tried to call back no answer only voice mail. Don't waste your time or energy on calling this guy! 😡
