Terrible customer service. This used to be one of the best spots in Staunton. Called tonight to order dinner for pickup, Sat on hold for 24 mins. The lady took other call in orders while I was on hold, could hear the whole thing. I called twice from another phone and could hear people arguing about not wanting to answer the phone. This isn't the first time this has happened. I guess a family restaurant with good customer service and good atmosphere is a thing of the past. It's a shame.

BUYER BEWARE! We were charged 30-50% more than the listed menu prices. We ordered a 12" pizza priced on the menu for $14.39. We were charged $21.78. An appetizer priced at $4.99 was actually $7.25. First they told us they don't even have 12" pizzas, though this was never communicated to us if that's even true. Our supposedly 14" pizza was significantly smaller than the 14" pizza someone else in our group got, so I'm pretty sure it was a 12". The worker was very disrespectful when I asked for her to fix a mistake, the area is very dirty and concerning, foods okay and over all the Costumer service is horrible
