usually "you get what you pay for," not with this company!!! I paid them almost 11 thousand dollars to move my house, nearly everything they brought here has minor damage, and many items with major damage. glass cabinet: cracked, mirror: large piece of side missing, TV: smashed! multiple statues and counter top items, that I PAID them to pack: smashed and ruined. now I am here to try to get reimbursed for the 20 thousand dollars of damage they did to my property!!!!! I would NOT recommend this company. They showed up 3 hours late, no phone call or anything telling me they would not be on time. When they finally arrived they said their job from the day before kept them from getting to me on time. I think they were tired and grumpy. Complained that our move was complicated (moved from apartment picked up things from storage unit, left a few things in the storage unit, then to the new house). They could not figure out the logistics and ended up making additional trips. I did not complain ... read more

Conrad and James and the lady (didn't get her name) with Brothers Moving made the move very non-stressful. Got the furniture loaded, moved and unloaded in a very professional manner. Would recommend them to anyone needing a mover.

Communication was greatly lacking, day of loading was called and asked if we could wait for our belongings to be delivered another one or two days, crew was off the Fourth of July they were to deliver the 5th at 1000 to 1200 did not arrive until 7 p that evening, Paul could not understand why we were upset they were delivering the day the had contracted for, come to find out there was an issue with the drivers liscense, was not told this until I told Paul the story that driver had told me, 11 pm they finished offloading our... read more

I did not have a good moving experience. Besides the fact they broke glass in my china cabinet, today I found where my guest bedroom mattress that was only One year old was stained at the base like it got wet. Also it was dirty on the edge from being dragged in the truck. Never covered for protection. Not a professional moving company. They hired out of town movers of which one had been doing "weed" and could care less about how he treated my furniture.

Just so you folks know I wrote an uncomplimentary review and they took my review off so all you see are the good ones. Does not sound like a legitimate business. I wondered how they got all 5 stars. Still have not received insurance "letter" I was promised about breakage of china hutch to file a claim. I have not received a receipt for my final payment either. Paul is a smooth talker but does not keep his word.

After talking to Paul and reading the online reviews, I thought we had chosen a reputable and professional mover. WRONG! I was promised cardboard coverage of my glass items. The movers that came had no cardboard to cover my Thomasville glass China hutch. They said a blanket would be fine. My husband and I quickly covered our 65" tv with some cardboard we had before it was moved. There was no "uniformed employees" just kids and 2 experienced movers.
