I’ve worked with a lot of service departments all over the country Jeremy and his team are thorough, honest and reliable- and just great to work with! I tend to ask crazy and ok, stupid questions, they take the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. I’ve always been treated fairly, and Jeremy makes good things happen!

I dropped off a wheel and tire for mounting and balancing. I had it back in about an hour. I was very pleased, considering that I didn't have an appointment ahead of time.
I thought the experience went well they were very polite the only issue I have is the price of having a tire mounted and balanced was entirely too high but now with maximum not around I guess they can pretty much do what they would like if someone needs that done
We’ve been to Brothers numerous times over the years. My experience with the sales staff there has never been great. Always felt like we were a nuisance more than a potential buyer. This visit was much different thanks to Mitch Johnson. Mitch was very informative, pleasant and professional. Management should protect that man at all costs and give him a raise. I will be recommending Mitch to my friends and family going forward. Thank you Mitch! My kids are loving the new jet skis.
