Terrible service. Cheap work that my under mount sink is falling apart. Does not respond back to calls. I do not recommend. I regret referring my friends.
Extremely unprofessional and shody work by these brothers. Even though they made mistakes installing our kitchen countertop, I still referred them to friends which we regret now. Rob does not even have the decency to come and fix his mistakes. 2 years in, and the undermount sink is hanging down. Obviously, I would pay for the service to fix it, but Rob is extremely unprofessional and does not even bother responding. Rathan and his team were amazing! Competitive prices and very good detailed job done. Extremely fast and cooperative answering, i went and see their avialable slabs, wasn’t sure but they ordered a new slab in store so i could see it! I ended up taking one that they had already. They came installed and my floor were not even, they went back to adjust it and came back the same day to finish installation! Amazing and thank you for the great job!
Very greedy. I gave them accurate measurements and computer drawing and got an estimate then they came to take the measurements. Next day they called to tell me price is up by 30% LOL and gave me the attitude that they do not really need my business. They basically judge you on how much can you pay based on what they see when they come for the measurements. Well... the other stone shop that got job are thanking you for your attitude and asking you to keep on doing it.
