I'd give these people no stars they don't even deserve this review. But would like to warn others to not even waste their time or money w Brother's Main . Very unprofessional they hide when stuff gets serious and dont have no answers. We purchased a stove and refrigerator 2 /11 /26 it came at end of March. The fridge was broken wasnt able to be repaired on sight . They loan us a refrigerator great . The thing looks like they dropped it off the back of the truck , the door didn't even close let a loan seal ! They came got it ... read more
Giving our sales lady, Diana, 5 stars! She greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. She is knowledgeable and patient. Highly recommend her .
I bought a speed queen washer and dryer from them. Took a day off and they never let me know the delivery was cancelled. Poor customer support. When I called them, they never called me back. If you want inconsistent service, this place is right for you.
