THIS HAS GOTTEN JUST WEIRD. BROTHERS MAIN SOLD US A BRAND NEW GE FRIDGE THAT JUST FLAT OUT DOESNT WORK AND THE WARRANY TO TRY TO GET IT FIXED THROUGH BODEWELL A COMPANY WITH A HORRIFIC TRACK RECORD. The coldest the fridge will get on any setting is 44 degrees. I didn’t notice the defective product right away bc it doesn’t have thermometer. And I’m not a human thermometer. I can't believe I cannot talk to the sales manager. And the salespeople say they're qualified to handle the business, and if i've asked several times to speak to the manager, I will not be going back to this brother's main, i've been a very loyal customer and i've never been treated this way ever

I am updating my kitchen and I am really happy I stopped in this store. Sooo much better and more rebates than the big box store. I learned so much about what I really wanted in a professional kitchen set and actually saved much more than the big orange store down the road. The appliances now days are incredibly cool. Just go here, look around and ask for John - super cool knowledgeable dude. The store has a really nice floor plan.

I went in knowing what I wanted as I had spent the last month researching a new washer. John was very helpful, kind, and was very knowledgeable. Delivery was next day right away in the am, Dustin and Anthony were very professional, kind and explained to me how to install and level my machine. I've been to Brother's Main now 3 times and will continue to buy from there. Already in love with my Speed Queen.
