I went in knowing what I wanted as I had spent the last month researching a new washer. John was very helpful, kind, and was very knowledgeable. Delivery was next day right away in the am, Dustin and Anthony were very professional, kind and explained to me how to install and level my machine. I've been to Brother's Main now 3 times and will continue to buy from there. Already in love with my Speed Queen.

If you're planning to shop at Brother's Main...DON'T!! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! This is an uncaring retailer who sets policies that make returns an impossibility without it costing you! Went to store to purchase a washer and dryer. Took the quote provided home and later called to place the order via phone. We were adamant about having a steam option on the dryer we bought, and we learned the dryer we looked in store didn't have this function. So upgraded to the next model up to have the steam. The employees who actually work for Brothers Main are great! The 3rd party delivery crews are a nightmare! First crew was working on their 13th hour of the day & just had zero energy left to do a delivery. The 2nd crew who had to come back & take away a faulty dryer & replace with a new one, seriously was the worst! They delivered a dryer that I find difficult to believe was a new dryer! Sales staff was great. However deliver communication has been terrible. We had a scheduled delivery and no communication that the dryer would not be delivered. Second attempt the truck was broke down . Not a bid deal except no communication that the dryer would not be delivered for a second time. We had to call to find out why because the tracking system said we were not scheduled.

I purchased a washer and a dryer from here. Immediately after purchasing, I discovered it on sale and less expensive at a competitor. I call and ask if they price match. They do, great. It was also discovered that since I was buying the same washer and dryer that I currently have, just the updated model, that I would not need risers. I received 3 invoices and 3 different amounts.
