I bought a speed queen washer and dryer from them. Took a day off and they never let me know the delivery was cancelled. Poor customer support. When I called them, they never called me back. If you want inconsistent service, this place is right for you.

Had a great experience buying my new dryer from Brother's Maine in Janesville, WI. Diane Hodges was the sales associate and was very friendly and helpful. Set up delivery and install within a day of purchase. Everything went smooth. Very happy with the service

We bought a refrigerator from Brother's Main, and the freezer doesn't work. We didn't know until a few weeks in because the temperature fluctuates, and it's frozen, and not frozen hours later. Anyway, they said their policy was 48 hours for returns, and we would have to go through their third-party appliance repair. They have been to our house three times over the last month and a half.
