Scam company! Do not waste your time. The Thousands of negative reviews on this company are all accurate. Rude, disrespectful and full of lies. Sent us a blank rate confirmation and kept telling my driver to call back every time he called for dispatch. They were trying to find a cheaper truck while holding my truck up. They will waste your time. Jeffery Rosenfeld is horrible to deal with. He lies and then insults you when you call him on his lies.
Save yourself the headache and don't book with Brothers. Ivan is extremely hotheaded and unprofessional. When you're waiting for your previous load to be unloaded and it goes over, you can communicate with your original point of contact, Kelly, but Ivan will make sure to email you and call the driver being rude. He'll cancel the load, which is his prerogative, and threaten to leave negative remarks. Stay away!! Unprofessional
This company tried to book a blind load with my company and I refused load so they decided to report my company for refusing load please don’t do business with this company there rude and unprofessional as a logistics company.
I have never meet someone who is so Rude and unprofessional. Ivan is a mirror of this deterioration world. He nor Brothers Logistics should not be involved in trucking.
Jeffery is a real piece of work it amazes me how shippers even do business with this type of person he is disrespectful and unprofessional. I don’t think anyone should haul freight for them RUN FOR THE HILLS !!! Is my advice I been doing this since 2007 and never have I ever had to deal with such disrespect

Shady, rude, unprofessional, immature. I will not pull a load or contemplate pulling a load for this company. Disrespectful to truck drivers. Brokers like this are the reason the trucking industry is in the position it’s in. They don’t respect drivers and treat them with respect.
