One thing nobody tells you about car accidents is the diminished value of your car. My Tesla was repaired but it was worth way less now that it had an accident on the record. The insurance guy that hadled my case just told me tough luck. I mentioned this to my attorney during our check in, and he filed a specific claim for that lost value. Fast, efficient, and no nonsense. I’ve worked with lawyers in the past who drag things out for years just to bill more hours but since these guys work on contingency, they are motivated to settle fairly and quickly. We wrapped up my case in about eight months which was way faster than I expected. The settlement check was ready exactly when they said it would be. Dealing with a rideshare accident is a nightmare because nobody wants to take responsibility. uber’s insurance was blaming the driver, and the driver’s insurance was denying it too. i felt completely stuck until i called this office. they knew exactly how to navigate the policies and got the claim moving. super impressed by their knowledge of the specific laws around this.
