I’m giving 2 stars because he did call mostly on the scheduled time and then followed up after. I drove by their site and thought I should Google them. No pricing was available on the site so I completed the request for more information. Roger called me and I told him that we were looking for a home around $100k. He laughed at me and told me I couldn’t get a double wide for that price. That his 2 bed 1 bath was $170k and that they had Modular’s that go up to $500k. Rodger went out of his way multiple times to make sure that we were happy with our home. Our home turned out absolutely beautiful, and everybody that sees it compliments it. I would absolutely recommend anybody to buy a home from Rodger!
