I grew up in Indiana and went to school with Jeremy, who I haven’t seen in over 25yrs. This week, while back in town for work, I made a surprise visit to see my friend at Brother’s Gym. I have never used a personal trainer before, but got my first session in with Jeremy today and man was it awesome! They have dedicated themselves to helping my cousin regain strength and mobility. This is an INCREDIBLE gym!!
Jeremy has made more progress with helping my husband in the last 3 months than all of his therapies the past 3 years.
Jeremy is very thorough about making individual plans… I have lots of arthritis and difficulty with my right shoulder since surgery. He has researched specific exercises for me!
