I have communicated the need for Frank and his team to revisit my home for the past two (2) weeks and have just received the run around. My initial communication with Frank and his team consisted of my request to schedule a visit to correct the shifting of the home that is covered under the warranty their company provides at time of sale. Frank did an amazing job, he was efficient, professional, and friendly. We are selling and know the new owners be in great hands with their warranty.
I don't like posting reviews but when someone goes above and beyond and exceeds your expectations, you have to write about it. Brothers Foundation is truly setting the example that others need to follow. Frank and his crew showed up on time, was very courteous, and explained in detail the process every step of the way. Not only did they answer all of my many questions but Frank sought me out to ensure I didn't have any other questions. The end result looks amazing and the clean up wes immaculate.
