Brothers appeared to do fine work putting in most of the fences in our cul de sac 4 years ago. The short cutted digging the holes, putting in the posts deep enough and adding enough concrete. Now they won’t stand behind fixing them even with us paying part of the repairs. They won’t even return calls. Net is the fence looks great at first but won’t stand the test of time.

If you want to get the run around and not have your fence ever finished this is definitely the company for you! If you want professionalism and a job well done you better look elsewhere.

I had the same experience with every negative review posted on here. I was working with Chris to get an estimate on my fence and never heard back. I had been working with him for a week to get an estimate, the first time he came out he was an hour late. After taking measurements based on my ideas, he said I need to go to city hall and ask about setback requirements. I got the information needed from the city and called back with my findings. We had Brother’s Fence Company build some fencing for us in August of 2015. Since our job wasn’t huge, several other companies were not willing to even give us an estimate. From the beginning, Chris and Brother’s Fence Company was great to work with. Fence blew down in December. Still waiting on getting the fence installed. I get nothing but excuses from Chris!!! Tired of the lies, and lack of communication. Called the other day, after getting only recordings for a day and finally spoke to Sandra, to cancel my order. Also emailed Chris and let him know I was cancelling. Still no response from anyone at Brothers! RUN!!!! They have a great sales line, but that is as far as it goes. If I could give a 0 or a negative rating, I would.
