Have used Brendan and his team for the last ten years and have been completely satisfied with their work. They go the extra mile.
Worst electrician I ever worked with, they came to look at an issue, never gave quotes and never fixed the issue, just took the service fee and said they will come back with the parts. I called them three times to follow up, no one answered the phone. Non responsive, and not professional and did not solve my electric issue. I would give zero stars to this company
Discovered they had a false report made to my insurance company. Called the office and they where very rude. Yelled at me on the phone and had someone in the back ground saying hung up on her. They called me back again and he continued to yell. I hung up. I can not deal with a business that runs so unprofessionally.
Late to appointment, closed out work order didn't actually perform any repair.
Great company will take the time to do it right.
