Overall worst experience I’ve had as far as backing up work and customer service, one of the nastiest encounters I’ve had with anyone in the industry, needed a 48re rebuilt and was told to go all out if I wanted to have warranty held on it, after months of no responses I was told the truck was done, it made it the hour and a half drive home and then back to the shop it went after it would no longer move, then again it sat for another month or more with no responses and I went to go pick it up again and this time it lasted fo... read more
Paid close to 10k for new tranni. Told me the trani itself was close to 8k in parts. Talked the the dealer of the transmission company was less than 5k total. Truck was completed and once picked up leaked transmission fluid every where. Called him back to fix it and he said he did but still leaks fluids. Don't go to joe.
Very knowledgeable and great guys to work with! Work done right the first time
Doesn't fix anything, creates more problems and then still charges you. When I asked him about this, he laughed at me and told me to pay him.
