Had a super unreal experience at this car wash right now. My sister in law got spit on the face from the girl that gives the prices for car washes/cashier just because she had requested the staff not to open the trunk due to personal belongings. She requested 3 times and still the staff had the trunk open, when she went to confront her (cashier), she replied she did her job and “get the fuck out” and spit on her face. The person who answers the phone very un organized called them told them the problem then man came out told me to call someone else he said he wont do any work under the house unless i had it cleaned due to a leak... Called someone else they came out went under the house NO problem .....

I dropped my Lexus off yesterday at Brothers to get a simple wash and vacuum. When the car came out of the wash, I noticed that there was dent (a big dent that can't be missed) on the side. The workers (most of whom are probably undocumented aliens - sorry to stereotype, but it's true), suddenly could not speak a word of English. They naturally denied any culpability.
