Brothers Custom Works has done several remodeling projects for us over the years, most recently an entire remake of our kitchen and dining room and a residence for our Executive Director and his family. Brothers Custom Works is the best!! Our church wanted to build a parsonage for our Pastor and his family, in fact it took over 30 years for us to get the necessary funds needed to start the construction. I worked as a construction manager in residential construction for several years. Being familiar with home construction, and also having known John Luther for almost 30 years, I can attest that his attention to detail and passion for his craft are second to none. John is truly a builder's builder.
Brothers Custom Works built a porch for our family, and I have to say, I think the porch will outlast our home! Excellent workmanship. He also built us an office building for us, and again, the quality was second to none. Their integrity and concern for their customers needs shows up in the work. Company did a good job on the roughing-out stage of building a house. Very sound and solid house. Beware of the finishing subcontractors. Painting and staining was done poorly, and what a mess. Builder tried to resolve the issue, but wasnt his profession. After all the mess, we hired professionals to redo the painting and staining. Additional \$15K out of our pockets and A LOT of frustration. Builder requires 1 year to complete job. Although we moved in early, the finishing work would not have be finished timely. What a great experience I had with them building my deck in Missouri City last year. They came out and gave me some very creative ideas for the look and feel plus material suggestions. I couldnt be more pleased with their professionalism, communication and of course the lovely end result. I would highly recommend them.
