Brothers Cascadia feels like the kind of neighborhood bar that is fading away — the kind where the bartenders know your name and mean it. Matt and Kirk are exactly what a local spot needs behind the bar: friendly, engaged, and the kind of people that make you stay for one more. The Korean steak sandwich is legitimately great, and the beer program covers real ground. Whether you're reaching for a lager or an IPA, it's always on point. Ownership and staff have built something Vancouver should be proud of.
Food was excellent but the great service from bartender Kirk warranted the 5 star review. Great place and will come back next time I’m in town
Sandwiches and burgers here are really great. Try the honey mustard or Gochujang sauce for fries
